kapsirikwo primary school /catholic church land wrangle takes new twist
yesterday sunday one by names mulondo aggrey muladi was arrested by the central police kapchorwa after a tip from a school watchman who called school headmistress that some people were diving land in question with other community members which the watchman mentioned the following people that took off when the police vehicle arrived at the scene of crime

2, kissa silverster mwanga
Remember this land was donated by Arapyona wayback in 1957 to the catholic church and school to develop or however on the eve of last year arap yona sons by name kissa mwanga silverster and his bro kissa honest claimed this other lower part of the land was not donated to the church ,this lower part of the land has been under the custody of the church for quite long time and the church has been cultivating it .
still last year kissa mwanga silverster and his brother kissa honest went to courts of land ,that is kapchorwa magistrates court and they lost the case to the church and still pushed this to have the land back but in vain and this attracted the attention of the RDC kapchorwa to intervene and the mediation was held at kaserem sub-county headquarters between the kapyona family and the church which attracted a couples of neighbors and those ones gave testmonies of the said land to have been donated to the church and the case was ruled in favor of the church and RDC kapchorwa by name Deborah mwesige further said once they not satified with her decision they can go a head to other courts of law
And indeed they further went to courts of law that is mbale high court and the hearing has been set for hearing on 20\08\2024 this is developing story we shall bring details once it gets to our desk
